Consistency is key to achieving your goals. There will be days you feel unmotivated or uninspired, it's the people who can stay consistent on those days they don't feel like it that will succeed. In today's episode I'm sharing my tips on how you can stay more consistent in working towards your goals.

Making your goal a priority and saying no to things that don't align with what you're working towards
Scheduling time in your day to work towards your goal and setting boundaries around that time to protect it
Doing something every day that will move you towards your goal to build up that consistency muscle, even if you only have 5 minutes
Focusing on one habit at a time so you don't get overwhelmed and create a lifestyle that reflects your dream life
Letting go of the all or nothing mentality and being consistent in trying over and over again
It can be hard to be patient and persistent in pursuing your goals, but if you can stay consistent you will achieve your goals and create your dream life.
