I’m a dog mom
I have two very large fur babies (Zena not pictured because she can’t sit still). We love going on walks around the park, playing ball the backyard and just cuddling on the couch.
i’m a coffe connoiseur
On any given day you can usually find me with a sugar free vanilla latte, sweet cream cold brew, or just some plain old coffee in my hand. What can I say, coffee is the best.
I’m a friend
I keep a small but very tight knit group of amazing, supportive, kind and caring friends. You can usually find us watching the Bachelor, sipping margs at our favorite restaurant or at the local farmers market.

In 2018…
I was fresh out of college and ready to take on the world!
Only I ended up at a job that I hated, in a town I didn’t want to live in. My already bad smoking habit (that I picked up when I was 15) got even worse and I lived off Allsups burritos and ramen noodles. I was miserable.
I remember crying every morning when my alarm went off because I was so full of dread, then I’d come home and cry myself back to sleep, just to do it all again the next day. That year was the darkest time of my life.
I didn’t have the mental and emotional energy to pour into my relationships, my health, my hobbies, my hopes and my dreams. Towards the end of the year I realized that I had to do something, no one was coming to save me, it was up to me and I was never going to allow myself to feel that way again.
I was depressed, anxious, lost and longing for more out of life. Nothing about my life was what I wanted it to be, I was going to have to do a complete 180, but how?
In 2019…
I spent a lot of time working on myself. I was seeing a therapist regularly, working on my mindset, developing healthy habits, getting clear on what I wanted out of life and creating a plan as to how I was going to get there.
However; 2019 was still a hard year. Even though I enjoyed my job the work environment was toxic, I felt unappreciated and even bullied by the people I worked with. I was in a relationship with someone that constantly made me doubt myself and I still smoked a pack a day to try and deal with my stress and anxiety.
But I was determined to turn my life around. Some how, some way I was going to create a life I loved. I finally knew that I deserved to be happy and I wasn’t going to stop until I was.
In 2020…
I was offered my dream job, quit smoking and moved back to my hometown where I can be close to family and friends. I also launched my blog and started sharing everything I learned along my personal growth journey.
I started sharing about the 5 types of goals I set to get a job I loved, quit an addiction, develop a growth mindset, improve my relationships and overcome anxiety. I also started sharing about Growth Goals, they 5 things I was doing every day to practice self love, self care and self improvement daily.
I was done accepting my circumstances and a life that I didn’t love.
I was done sacrificing my health and happiness.
My mission is to help you get crystal clear on your goals and develop a plan to achieve them without sacrificing your health and happiness

I’m a firm believer that we create our own reality, wherever you’re starting from you are so capable of changing your life. Practicing self love, self care and self improvement have changed my life and I know it can do the same for you.
