"Trauma creates change you didn't choose. Healing is about creating change you do choose." If you've experience trauma, it can be easy to feel like the damage is permanent, and while it can shape who you become, you can choose to grow from it or let it destroy you.

Healing is not linear, and it doesn't happen overnight. It can take years to heal, I've been in therapy for 3 years and I still have hard days, but that's okay. I want to encourage you to begin your healing journey because you are worthy of love, and you deserve to be happy. It will be okay.
