The four areas of your life: Have To's, things you absolutely must do like go to work. Needs, the things you need in order to feel your best. Shoulds, things you feel pressured to do. Wants, your hobbies, passions, desires, interests and things that bring you joy.
Identifying what things fall into each area of your life and then choosing to put your needs and wants first, set, boundaries, protect your energy and let go of the idea of what you "should" do
