Have you been feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, or maybe even a little depressed lately? Me too, girl. I don't know about you but when life gets hectic the first thing I let slip are the things I have control of like working out, cleaning, self-care, etc. even though those are the things that make me feel my best. Makes no sense. But today I am sharing my reset day routine that I use whenever I need to pull myself out of a funk and get my ish together again.

In this episode I discuss:

  • Organizing your mind, do a brain dump, journal, plan out your week so you have a plan on how you're going to get back on track and even budget

  • Organize your environment. When my home is a mess it makes me even more anxious so clean up your space and complete those tedious tasks that have been looming over you 

  • Practicing self-care is crucial to having a successful reset routine. It can be absolutely anything as long as it makes you feel good and relaxed

I get it, life gets hard sometimes and there will be things we can't control. I have been spiraling a bit lately with everything going on in my personal life but I have used this routine to help me get back on track and get through this difficult season.
