Simplifying your life will help you overcome overwhelm, stress and frustration. So many of us are frazzled just dealing with the ins and outs of life like maintaining a home while working full time, paying bills and juggling our calendars, while still trying to work towards goals or maintain a semblance of a social life. It can be a lot, so in this episode I'm sharing my tips on how you can simplify your life and have the time and energy to enjoy it again.

  • Having a sole goal that you're prioritizing while still creating habits that allow you to make progress towards other goals on autopilot

  • Establishing routines or themed days to avoid tasks piling up and getting your weekends back

I have loved every second of living a simpler life. Things like getting dressed in the morning or maintaining my home have become simple and easy and now I how so much more time and energy to have fun, try new hobbies, relax and actually enjoy life.
