episode 79

Journal practices have been scientifically proven to have both mental and physical health benefits. Implementing just one of these journal practices can change your life, they've definitely changed mine. My therapist got me into journaling years ago when I started seeing her and it has helped my mental health so much.

In this episode I discuss:

  • Starting with a guided journal if you're not sure what to write about or need help figuring out which journal practice is right for you

  • Using journaling for your mental health by having a brain dump journal you can process your thoughts in or use to vent or a gratitude journal to counteract stress

  • Utilizing a goals journal to help you stay focused and inspired to pursue creating your dream life

  • Writing down your prayers in a journal to help you grow in your faith and have a record of answered prayers and blessings

Find the journal practice that works for you. You don't have to write pages on pages if that's not write for you, it could take as little as 5 minutes a day to change your mindset and change your life.
