In this episode, I am sharing my 6 tips to help you be more intentional with your energy.

Energy map your day to figure out when you have the most energy and prioritize high-energy tasks when you feel your best
Be mindful of how the people in your life or what you consume impacts your energy levels
Prioritize your health, rest and self-care to replenish your energy because you cannot pour from an empty cup
Don't push yourself too hard, too fast. Focus on 1-3 habits or goals at a time and be okay with growing slow so you can actually sustain your growth
Get into a flow or create a ritual for yourself before working on tasks that help you focus that energy
Do things that bring you joy
